Our Yorkshire factory crafts this product using high-quality vegetable-tanned full grain leather.
The leather is held together securely using a combination of sewing and metal press studs. The top strap and bottom closure, both equipped with press studs, keep the baton firmly in place.
These studs are not only strong but also have a black finish that matches the leather, resulting in a sleek appearance. The press stud opening allows for easy and quick access.
In addition to the press studs, the leather is also sewn together using polycotton thread with a remarkable breaking strength of approximately 10.9kg. This combination of press studs and stitching ensures that the product is exceptionally sturdy and durable.
To allow for convenient carrying, there is a leather loop at the back of the baton holder that can accommodate belts up to 2" (50mm) wide.
